Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur (IIM Sirmaur) is one of the newly emerged branches of Indian Institute of Management. It is an institute of national importance and is established by Government of India in 2015.
IIM Sirmaur seeks to enlighten the young minds with quality education adhering to the principles of innovation, integrity and inclusiveness and to raise a group of benevolent and genius leaders. Under the status of autonomy, IIM Sirmaur offers management and business administration courses for postgraduate and doctoral degrees only. Admission Procedure
Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur conducts a holistic admission process for its postgraduate courses. The student interested in applying at IIM Sirmaur can apply through the institute's official website. Admission for the postgraduate degree programmes and Business Administration programmes are made according to the merits secured by the students in their undergraduate degree courses from a recognised university along with the merits secured by the applicants in the Common Admission Test (CAT). For the executive postgraduate courses, the selection of the applicants is made according to the merits secured by the applicants in their bachelor's degree courses along with a minimum of three years of working experience in a managerial or executive position in an organisation. For the doctoral degree course, the selection of the applicants is made according to the merits secured by the applicants in their postgraduate degree course from a recognised university along with the merits secured through Common Admission Test (CAT) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). For the selection of the applicants for the executive doctoral degree programmes, the applicants are selected based on the merits secured by the applicants through their postgraduate programmes from a recognised university along with a minimum of eight years of working experience in a managerial position or an entrepreneurial experience.
