Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi (IIM Ranchi) is the ninth constituent body Indian Institute of Management that was established in 2009. To compete with the rapidly changing requirements in society and ever-growing demands for reaching the height of quality and excellence in management education, especially in the state of Jharkhand IIM Ranchi sowed its seed.
Under the status of autonomy, IIM Ranchi offers a few postgraduate, and research programs across the specializations of Business Analytics, Human Resources, and so on. Admission Procedure
Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi conducts a holistic admission process for its courses offered. The students interested in seeking admission at IIM Ranchi can apply through the institute's official website. The admissions for the postgraduate scores in Management and Business Administration are based upon the merits secured by the students in their undergraduate degree courses from a recognised university along with the merits secured by the students in the Common Admission Test (CAT). For the executive postgraduate course in Management and Business Administration, the applicants are selected according to the merits secured by the students in their undergraduate course from a recognised university along with a minimum of certain years at an organization. For the admissions, in the doctoral degree course in management, the selection of the applicants is made according to the merits secured by the candidate in their postgraduate degree course along with a first-class or equivalent marks percentage along with the merits secured through the Common Admission Test (CAT) or the merits secured through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)/ Graduate Record Examinations (GRE), and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
