Located in Chittoor, IIIT Sri City, Chittoor boasts an impressive infrastructure to create an environment conducive to high-quality learning. Each floor of the building has been designed with designated spaces for student activity, as well as state-of-the-art classrooms, labs, and faculty cabins.
The classrooms are equipped with modern audio-visual aids, as well as lecture-capturing tools. Other academic infrastructure also includes hardware laboratories, ECE Labs, Computer Labs, a Library, and workshops for students. The Library spans 179.82 square meters, or 1905 square feet, in total. The library of IIIT Sri City, Chittoor can accommodate up to 50 people and have a seating capacity of 44.

Additionally, IIIT Sri City, Chittoor provides both male and female students with aerobic training equipment, yoga, two table tennis boards, carom boards, and chess boards. The sports infrastructure of IIIT Sri City, Chittoor is designed to provide students with an appropriate environment for them to display their skills to the best of their abilities.
IIIT Sri City, Chittoor also provides two blocks of hostels and a large dining facility for both boys and girls. To ensure students have access to their facilities, buses are available for pick up and drop off during academic hours and for dining.
