Admission Procedure
IIIT Raichur offers B.Tech in Computer science & Engineering and PhD Computer Science and Engineering and Mathematics.
For the B.Tech programme, the selection is done based on Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) score followed by Joint Seat Allocation Authority(JoSAA) counselling. The required eligibility is 10+2 with the relevant stream.
PhD courses in computer science and engineering require a master's degree in computer engineering, information technology, computer science, computer applications, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 7.0. PhD courses in mathematics require an MA or MSc in mathematics with a minimum CGPA of 6.5.
