iLEAD - Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development, Kolkata provides many world class infrastructural facilities for the students. The main library of the institute is named after Ayn Rand's novel "The Fountainhead". The Fountainhead at iLEAD Kolkata encourages students to read and it draws book enthusiasts from all over the world. The KOHA and OPAC facilities have made the system fully automated. There are computer terminals available to assist students in finding available resources and to allow them to freely research the internet and prepare presentations. There's also a section dedicated to journals and periodicals. iLEAD Kolkata library has over 1,20,000+ books and 5,000+ E-Resources for the students to access.
The new iLEAD Kolkata Sports Complex is the city's newest arena, where all sports teams are preparing for their journey to glory in various championships. Cricket, football, table tennis, tug-of-war, badminton, and a variety of other sports are played on the lush and beautiful FIFA Certified Astroturf grounds. Even after the sun has set, the games become more intense in the light of the floodlights, as fans cheer for their favorite teams. Indoor games facilities such as billiards and chess are also available. The iLead has an audio-visual lab. The students can edit many projects with a variety of MAC and Windows setups at their disposal. Mentors also teach video editing, assist students with post-production, and assist them in learning and completing projects on time at the AV Lab. iLEAD Kolkata also has a separate animation lab for the students along with in-house chroma and sound recording studio with all the hi-tech modern equipment. iLEAD Kolkata also has a design studio for fashion and interior design studio.
iLEAD Kolkata is also the only media college to have a production house of its own producing commercial movies wherein media and film students get opportunity to work as key crew members. The Institute houses a rooftop canteen called Casablanca decorated with a Moroccan-themed pathway which serves Thalis, Desi Fast food etc. Both lunch thalis and snacks are served by Taj Sats at a subsidized rate. The food available at iLEAD Kolkata is safe, hygienic and nutritious. iLEAD Kolkata has two auditoriums equipped with all the necessary equipment and dedicated to special uses. The huge rooftop auditorium is used for cultural programmes whereas the indoor auditorium at the ground floor is best for seminars, conclaves and workshops.
