ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) was established in 1956 and is one of the largest multidisciplinary universities and one of the most renowned business schools in India. The main campus is located in Hyderabad, Telangana. This autonomous deemed-to-be university is AICTE and UGC approved. Additionally, the University is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU). Their mission reads ‘Learning for Leadership’ and their vision is to facilitate the development of young students into leading professionals. IFHE has set in place a comprehensive student-centric learning approach and pedagogy that aims to provide relevant knowledge and skills through research and practical skills, along with the holistic personal development of the student.
IFHE Hyderabad offers a range of Undergraduate courses, all of which run for 3 years. The departments of Management, Science and Technology, and Law are the three primary pillars of the university. IFHE Hyderabad offers Bachelor's degrees in the fields of Science, Humanities and Commerce, across courses such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Law, Architecture and more. The BBA degree comes under the ICFAI Business School, more commonly known as IBS, located in Kolkata. Additionally, ICFAI offers several certification and online courses. The complete admission process for ICFAI is conducted online via an application process on the ICFAI portal. The eligibility criteria for admission are a combination of academic merit and extra-curricular performance. The applicants must have a Class XII or equivalent qualification with an aggregate of 50% and above marks in any discipline with English as the primary medium of instruction.
IFHE Hyderabad also offers a range of scholarships and financial aid opportunities on the basis of both merit and need. The university has maintained an excellent track record of placements in leading organizations within and beyond India, hosting more than 149 leading recruiters in 2021. Graduates of ICFAI have built careers in companies such as Cognizant, Deloitte, Aditya Birla Group, Amazon, Barclays, J.P. Morgan and the like.
IFHE Hyderabad comprises a large and well-qualified 300-member faculty pool, with the majority of them holding doctorates and having extensive industrial experience. The ICFAI pedagogy aims to prepare aspirants to become industry leaders with relevant knowledge and hands-on experience and the faculty takes on the central role in imparting these skills to students. The different departments are modelled with extensive research, case development, and executive development programmes.
When it comes to infrastructure, the university is spread across 91 acres with a built-up area of over 16 lakh sq ft. The campus has seminar halls for different academic and non-academic programs, several recreational facilities such as a large common ground, a modern gym available for students, and well-furnished computer labs with cutting-edge systems. There are various sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor activities. A 24/7 medical facility is available for all emergency purposes. All of the classrooms are air-conditioned and the entire campus is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity.
IFHE Hyderabad's library is completely supported by IT infrastructure and is stocked with the most up-to-date software packages, CDs, and videos, among other things. The library is accessible and beneficial to all students as they have access to the most recent global journals, magazines, and research papers on their preferred subjects and courses. The campus is supported with both hostel and residential facilities separately for boys and girls with all the essential and required amenities.

Admission Procedure
ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education’s admissions is conducted online. To apply for their undergraduate degrees, candidates must apply in the admission portal and wait for the merit list and other stages of the selection process. While the admission criteria and eligibility differ from course to course, all students must have passed their 10+2 school leaving test from a recognised board of secondary education to apply for an undergraduate course.
Moreover, IFHEH offers postgraduate courses in a variety of disciplines, including M.A., M.Sc., M.Tech, LLM, and MBA. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university is required of applicants seeking admission to these courses.
