For the PhD and MBA courses, IBS conducts its entrance examination, the ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT). Candidates applying for the MBA programs must be a graduate and for the executive MBA course, a candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience at an organization in a managerial or executive position.

Admission Procedure

At ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad admission procedure is conducted based on the merits secured by the students. Students interested in seeking admission at IBS, Hyderabad can do so by applying through the official website of the institution. For admission, to the BBA courses, an eligible candidate must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the 10+2 examination from an English medium board of education. Candidates who want to admit PG course for LLM must have a UG degree in law or any other discipline from a recognised university approved by BCI with 50% aggregate.
