Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), located in Raipur, was established in 2003 by the Government of Chhattisgarh with the aim to build the primacy of the laws of eternal values. HNLU Raipur which was named after the great legal luminary Mohammed Hidaytullah has been approved by UGC.
Students are taught by an experienced group of faculty members who are dedicated to guide them in the right path. HNLU Raipur offers a BA LL.B(Hons), LL.M, and a Ph.D. HNLU Raipur has an entrance examination-based admission procedure for the Law undergraduate programme. Candidates have to visit the HNLU Raipur's official website to obtain the application form after which they are required to qualify in the entrance exam for the final admission process.
Students are provided placement and internship facilities in law firms like Advaya Legal, Lall & Sethi, Dua Associates, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and many more as well as in house firms like Axis Bank, Bajaj Allianz, Flipkart, Godrej, etc. with promising employment and salary.
The facilities that HNLU Raipur provides to students on-campus include a 3-storeyed air-conditioned library with Wi-Fi access, a well equipped computer lab with high speed internet connectivity, hostel accommodation for both boys and girls, 21 air-conditioned, well-furnished, and spacious smart class equipped lecture rooms with LCD projectors, 150-seat dining halls, sports complex for outdoor as well as indoor games, three 40-seater buses that run from HNLU Raipur campus to the city center at regular intervals throughout the evening, a conference hall for organizing the seminars and conference meeting with an accommodation of 400 individuals with an amphitheater at the center having accommodating capacity of 1000 people, 6 fully furnished moot courts, WIFI enabled campus, medical facilities, a well equipped gym and a cafeteria that provides nutritious food.

Admission Procedure
Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur conducts an entrance examination-based admission system for the Law undergraduate program. HNLU Raipur also offers an LLM and a Ph.D.
To be admitted to the undergraduate and postgraduate programs, a candidate must pass the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) exam. Candidates with a Master's degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate with a valid Ph.D Entrance Test (PET) score are required eligible for the Ph.D. course. Candidates must visit the HNLU Raipur's official website to obtain the application form after which they are required to qualify for the entrance exam for the final admission process.
