In 2007, the Shree Monark Education Trust founded Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering, Ahmedabad (HGCE Ahmedabad) with the purpose of providing quality instruction in technology and management. HGCE Ahmedabad boasts a modern building situated on an educational campus of 21 acres, with lush green surroundings and a tranquil atmosphere. HGCE Ahmedabad is affiliated with Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, and has been approved by the AICTE.

HGCE Ahmedabad offers Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Engineering (ME), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) courses. Admission to HGCE Ahmedabad is done online, and the application form can be obtained on the college's website.

HGCE Ahmedabad has dedicated and trained faculty. The mission of the faculty is to provide technical education that is value-based and to help aspiring engineers and professionals improve their knowledge, skills, creativity, and personalities so they can meet the demands of the industries and the difficulties of today's globalized society.

The classrooms are well-equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors, audio systems, and comfortable seating arrangements. The departmental labs and workshops are equipped with the latest technology and equipment to support the research and teaching activities of the students. The conference room of HGCE Ahmedabad is a space designed for small to medium-sized groups to hold meetings, presentations, and discussions HGCE Ahmedabad has an automated user-friendly library with an extensive collection of resources that collectively support the teaching, research, and extension programs. The library has an extensive collection of books, journals, magazines, research papers, and other resources that are available to students for their study and research needs. The auditorium is equipped with audio-visual equipment such as projectors, screens, and microphones. HGCE Ahmedabad has also developed a large sports ground and offers an array of outdoor sports like cricket, volleyball, football, etc. HGCE Ahmedabad has also an indoor ground facility for sports like carrom, chess, table tennis, etc. HGCE Ahmedabad has a centrally located cafeteria with a variety of food options available for students and staff. A dedicated transport facility with a well-managed fleet of buses is also provided by HGCE Ahmedabad, which helps the students and staff to travel to nearby places. There is a first-aid-cum-sick room available at HGCE Ahmedabad, which provides medical assistance to students and staff in case of any emergency. Banking facilities and an ATM facility are also available for the convenience of the students and staff. HGCE Ahmedabad also has a Students’ Common Room, which provides a relaxing environment for the students to interact, play and engage in recreational activities.

HGCE Ahmedabad has set out with the aim to not only produce engineers but to equip students with employable skills to become working professionals in the industry. To this end, students are provided with soft, managerial, and technical skills, and a placement team of seven qualified professionals has been established. The Management is fully committed to ensuring 100% placement for students and has taken steps to construct long-term strategies to foster Institute-Industries Relationships. The Career Development Center facilitates the process of placing graduates, as well as collaborating with leading organizations and institutes to offer internships and training programs as part of the curriculum. The students of HGCE Ahmedabad get placed in companies like IBM, Axix Bank, TCS, Wipro, Magneto, Azure, etc.

Admission Procedure

Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering, Ahmedabad offers Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Engineering (ME) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) courses. Admission to HGCE Ahmedabad is done online, and the application form can be obtained on the college's website.

Admission at HGCE Ahmedabad will be done either through Central Admission Committee formed by Goverment of Gujarat or Management quota. The central admission committee will begin the admission process by advertising in newspapers, which consists of three main phases: issuing Booklet/PIN from designated branches of the bank and Online Registration; creating and announcing the merit list and conducting Online Choice filling; and finally, Admission allotment and confirmation. Those who wish to gain admission under the management quota should contact the admission committee of HGCE Ahmedabad once the results of the qualifying examination have been declared.
