Hansraj College (HC New Delhi), located in New Delhi, was established in 1948 with the major goal of imparting quality education in Science, Commerce and Arts. The goal of the college is to provide more facilities through quality education and to become a global hub for knowledge, culture, skills, technology and research. The admission procedure of HC New Delhi is conducted online. Students who want to apply for their undergraduate degrees must appear and qualify for the CUET (Central University Entrance Test). While the admission criteria and eligibility differ from course to course, all students must have passed their 10+2 school-leaving test from a recognized board of secondary education. HC New Delhi also offers a range of merit and need-based scholarships and financial aid opportunities to the students. Various Govt. aided scholarships are also provided to the students.

A student-run Placement Cell of HC New Delhi which is led by teacher conveners designated by the college administration aims at placing students in diverse firms. Admission Procedure

Hansraj College’s admissions are conducted online. To apply for their undergraduate degrees, candidates must appear and qualify for the CUET (Central University Entrance Test). HC Delhi offers M.A, M.Sc and M.Com courses. There are two ways to apply for admission to postgraduate programmes at all university departments. Based on the candidate's performance on the qualifying examination, 50% of the available seats will be filled. The merit-based option is only available to applicants who have earned an admissible Bachelor's degree from the University of Delhi, where applicable. The remaining 50% of the available seats will be filled based on applicants' performance in the entrance exam.
