Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar (GJUST, Hisar) extends numerous infrastructural aids to ensure the betterment of its students paramount. The classrooms at GJUST, Hisar are wide, spacious, and well-ventilated to ensure a comfortable environment for learning. There are also digital classrooms with smart technology services and video conferencing facilities.
For students needing residential facilities, there are nine hostels with all kinds of necessities and luxury among which four are allotted five for boys and four for girls. Each of the hostels can house 2000 students at a time. The hostels are having indoor and outdoor gaming facilities under the assistance of the hostel administration and the sports department. GJUST, Hisar owns a well-equipped library with a rich collection of books, reference books, journals, periodicals, and other academic resources. The digital hub of the library has access to a large number of e-books, e-journals, and online databases along with access to various e-resources across the multiple branches of studies with the most recent information and technologies. The digital repository of the library stocks more than 8000 e-journals across 13 publishers, and 5 databases.
As laboratories are necessary for the studies, numerous course-specific labs are equipped with modernized machinery, equipment, and apparatus are there at GJUST, Hisar that are intended for the students' better understanding of the subject matter through minute observation and practical application. Inside the campus of GJUST, Hisar, there is a shopping complex consisting of 14 shops.
Among others, there are ATMs, Post offices to assist in financial transactions, Vita Booth, and General Goods Shops providing stationery items and photostats. The college houses a canteen serving good hygienic food at affordable prices. The campus consists of an aesthetic auditorium that is well-suited for hosting cultural events and conclaves etc. Well-designed conference halls and four state-of-the-art seminar halls equipped with top-notch A/V facilities have also been provided. Medical facilities are extended to those who are in need of Medical help. A medical room with a first aid facility has been provided. Sports facilities are also available to serve the quest for games and other physical activities.
A multipurpose playfield residing over a lush green area has been provided to let the students take part in various indoor and outdoor sports. There are provisions for cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, lawn tennis, etc. followed by an indoor table tennis court. A ground for an archery center is also there. To quench the thirst for fitness buffs there is a gymnasium well equipped with modernized fitness pieces of equipment.
