Under the guidance of GDCH Nagpur alumni, the Career Guidance Cell of GDCH Nagpur assists students in Everything related to placement and career counseling is held under the generous assistance and guidance of the placement cell. The placement cell works as the bridge between academics and the industry and ensures employment opportunities. Aptitude tests, group discussions, guest lectures, and training workshops are some of the sessions that are hosted by the placement cell for the sake of students' welfare.

For admission into BDS candidates must pass 10+2 with science stream and attain the required marks in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET). For admission into MDS candidates must graduate BDS and attain the required marks in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Master of Dental Surgery (NEET-MDS).
