Gokhale Memorial Girls’ (GMGC) was founded by Sarala Ray and was named after teacher and freedom fighter, Gopal Krishna Gokhale.
Gokhale Memorial Girls’ College is a women’s college that was founded in 1938. GMGC is affiliated with Calcutta University and is located in Kolkata, West Bengal. GMGC is UGC recognised and provides internship opportunities and industrial training to students. It also provides placement opportunities. GMGC is quite a reputed institution and has a good faculty at its disposal.
