Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam (GVPCE Visakhapatnam), was established in 1996 under the aegis of Gayatri Vidya Parishad, a non-profit organisation.
Recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), GVPCE Visakhapatnam is affiliated to Andhra University. Students can pursue 10 undergraduate (UG) and 6 postgraduate (PG) courses for students to pursue. The UG courses all offer the degree of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), while the PG courses offer Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA). Admission Procedure
Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam follows an online method of admission. Applicants to GVPCE Visakhapatnam are selected done based on the merit and eligibility criteria. GVPCE Visakhapatnam offers Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses under the faculty of Engineering. Aspiring B.Tech (Undergradute) applicants to GVPCE Visakhapatnam must appear for the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET). Selection is done based on the rank and marks secured in the entrance examination. Aspiring M.Tech (Post Graduate) applicants to GVPCE Visakhapatnam must appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and selection is done based on the rank and marks secured in the entrance examination. Aspiring Undergraduate applicants to GVPCE Visakhapatnam must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any recognized board with respective subjects according to the concerned department. Aspiring Post Graduate applicants to GVPCE Visakhapatnam must have secured Bachelors Degree from any recognized university with respective subjects according to the concerned department.
