Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida (GCET Greater Noida), was established in 2000 under the aegis of Smt. Shakuntla Educational and Welfare Society, and is a constituent unit of Galgotias Educational Institutions.
Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), GCET Greater Noida is affiliated to Galgotias University. Students can pursue 13 undergraduate (UG) courses at GCET Greater Noida, all providing the degree of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in different specialisations. Admission Procedure
Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida follows an online method of admission. Applicants to GCET Greater Noida are selected based on their merit and eligiblity criteria. GCET Greater Noida offers Undergraduate degrees under the faculty of Engineering. Aspiring Undergraduate applicants must appear for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and selection is based on the marks and rank secured in the entrance examination. Aspiring B.Tech (Undergraduate) applicants must have passed Higher Secondary Examoination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any one of Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subject and one subject from Chemistry/Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship.
