Pulla Reddy Charities Trust Hyderabad, an organization established by Sir G Pulla Reddy Garu that is committed to social welfare.
Affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, GPREC Kurnool offers B. Tech and M. Tech degree courses across various specializations in engineering. G. Pulla Reddy Engineering College, Kurnool follows an online method of application. Applicants to GPREC Kurnool are selected based on the merit and eligibility criteria of the applicants. GPREC Kurnool offers Undergraduate and Post Graduate degree under the faculty of Engineering. Aspiring Undergraduate applicants to GPREC Kurnool must appear for the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) and selection is based on the marks and rank seucred in the entrance examination. Aspiring Post Graduate applicants to GPREC Kurnool must appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and selection is based on the marks and rank seucred in the entrance examination. Aspiring B.Tech (Undergraduate) applicants to GPREC Kurnool must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any recognzied board with respective subjects according to the concerned department. Aspiring Post Graduate applicants to GPREC Kurnool must have secured a B.Tech degree from any recognized University.

All students are provided with training by the college beginning in their first year of enrollment. The students receive about 250 hours of instruction in Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Programming Skills, Communication Skills, Group Discussion & Interview Skills, and Personality Development over the course of all the semesters. In some semesters, these training courses are part of the normal schedule.
