Fatima Mata National College, Kollam (FMNC, Kollam) is a prominent educational institution operated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kollam. His Excellency Rt Rev. Dr. Jerome M. Fernandez, the first native bishop of Kollam, established the institution in 1951. The PER MATREM PRO PATRIA motto of Fatima embodies the notion of Marian devotion as a method of promoting civic duty. FMNC, Kollam is located in the centre of the city of Kollam, which lies on the Kerala Coast of India. FMNC, Kollam is the first and only independent college in the Kollam district and is affiliated with the University of Kerala. It is spread out over 16.6 acres across two campuses. The UGC granted autonomy to FMNC, Kollam in 2014. FMNC, Kollam offers BA, BCom, B.Sc, BCA, MA, M.Com, and M.Sc degrees. Admission Procedure

Fatima Mata National College, Kollam (FMNC, Kollam) follows an online method of admission. Applicants to FMNC, Kollam are selected based on their merit and eligibility criteria. FMNC, Kollam offers Undergraduate and Post Graduate degree under the faculty of Arts, Commerce and Science.
Aspiring Undergraduate (BA, BCom) applicants to FMNC, Kollam must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any reocgnized board in any stream and with Commerce subjects respectively. Aspiring BSc applicants to FMNC, Kollam must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any reocgnized board with respective Science subjects according to the concerned department.
Aspiring Post Graduate applicants to FMNC, Kollam must have secured Bachelors Degree from any recognized University in relevant subjects along with concerned department.
