About SUAT 2024

 

Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT) is a single-platform admission test conducted by Sharda University, Greater Noida, since 1996. SUAT is conducted for admission to all undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Sharda University. The SUAT question paper has 100 objective-type questions worth one mark each, covering a range of topics to evaluate candidates' problem-solving, analytical, and language skills.  

Application materials for SUAT 2024 have been made available on the Sharda University official website. To register for the SUAT 2024 exam, candidates need to fill up and submit the SUAT 2024 application form online at https://suat.sharda.ac.in/. 

After completing the registration process, candidates must reserve a slot for the SUAT 2024 exam. Before the deadline, registered candidates must select their preferred exam day, timings, and other details. The authorities will administer SUAT 2024 as a computer-based test. SUAT 2024 Important Dates

 

Admission to Sharda University for the academic session beginning in 2024 is currently ongoing. To appear in SUAT 2024, candidates can apply online via the official admission portal of Sharda University. After the registration, candidates are allowed to opt for an exam centre, exam date and exam time slot of their choice. Registration, release of admit cards, SUAT exam, and interview after qualifying the SUAT 2024 are taking place simultaneously at present and will continue till the final date of 2024 admission, which is yet to be notified.  

SUAT 2024 Registration

Primarily, candidates have to register themselves on the official website of the SUAT by providing all the required details. Candidates have to make sure that the given information is valid and correct. Once registration is done, an automated email with Username & Password will be sent to the candidate's registered email ID/Phone Number for future reference. Registration is going on, anyone can register himself/herself from the official website of Sharda University.

SUAT 2024 Admit Card 

Sharda University will provide the SUAT 2024 admit card online at https://suat.sharda.ac.in/ for registered candidates. The SUAT 2024 admission card won't be made available until the slot booking procedure is finished. The SUAT admit card will contain information on the assigned exam day, timings, venue address, rules, and more. Candidates are recommended to get in touch with the SUAT 2024 officials in the event that their admission card has any errors.

SUAT 2024 Application Form 

Candidates can now access the SUAT 2024 application form online. Candidates must register, fill out the application, pay the cost, and upload their photos in order to finish the procedure.

SUAT 2024 Slot Booking 

Candidates must log in to book their exam slots for SUAT 2024 by selecting the exam dates, exam city, exam centre, test date, and time slot. Candidates will first need to provide their login name and password before selecting the appropriate slot.  

SUAT 2024 Application Procedure

 

The application for SUAT 2024 is currently accessible online at https://suat.sharda.ac.in/. Candidates must complete and submit the SUAT application form 2024 before the deadline, which will be notified soon, in order to take the entrance exam. The applicants must provide their contact information as well as their academic and personal information when completing the SUAT 2024 application form. SUAT 2024 Eligibility

 

For Undergraduate Courses: 

 

Engineering

  • Candidates must complete their matriculation with 60% marks and senior secondary with 70% marks aggregate.

  • Candidates must attain a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics.

Note - Candidates must obtain a minimum of 60% in PCM (for computer science) and PCB (for biotechnology). Candidates must appear for SUAT followed by a personal interview to get admission into engineering courses. Candidates who have JEE scores up to 3 Lakh will be eligible for admission into the engineering courses. Apart from SUAT and JEE, candidates with UPSEE All India Rank up to 50,000 will be eligible for admission into Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

 

Computer Application

  • Candidates must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks

  • They must have studied any one of the following subjects - Mathematics/Statistics/Computer/Information Science

 

 Business Administration

  • Candidates must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must have studied Commerce/ Mathematics in senior secondary.

  • Additionally, candidates must have proficiency in English Communication

 

 Commerce

  • Candidates must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and must have studied Commerce/ Mathematics in Senior Secondary.

 

Allied Health Science (B.Sc disciplines)

  • Candidates must study Biology or Life Sciences as one of the subjects in 10+2.

  • They must attain a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

 

Basic Sciences (B.Sc)

  • Candidates must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 55% marks and must have studied PCM/PCB.

  • Candidates must possess proficiency in English Communication.

Note -  For admission into Data Science and Analytics, candidates must study PCM/ Computer Science in 10+2.

 

Mass Communication

  • Candidates must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • They must possess proficiency in English communication.

 

Humanities and Social Sciences (B.A Hons)

  • Candidates must pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • They must possess proficiency in English communication.

Note - For admission into B. A (Hons) Eco, candidates must have studied Commerce/ Mathematics in 10+2.

 

 

For Postgraduate Courses: 

 

Computer Application

  • Candidates must complete their BCA/ B.Sc with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • Must study Mathematics at graduation level.

 

Business Administration

  • Candidates must complete their graduation with a minimum of 50%.

  • They must possess proficiency in English Communication.

Note - Apart from appearing at SUAT (Online Test), candidates will be eligible for admission if they score a 75% or above in MAT or 65% or above in XAT/ CAT.

 

Nursing

  • Candidates must complete their graduation in B.Sc Nursing/ B.Sc Hons Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience after B.Sc Nursing.

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.

  • They should be registered with any State Nursing Registration Council.

SUAT 2024 Examination Pattern

 

SUAT 2024 is conducted as a computer-based test with multiple-choice type questions (MCQs). 

The total number of questions for the Engineering and Law programmes is 150, and for the rest of the courses, it is 120. The duration of the examination is 90 minutes. 

SUAT is an objective type test with four alternate answers. The test is taken to assess the problem-solving skills, analytical skills and language proficiency of the candidates.

SUAT 2024 comprises different sections for different disciplines:

  • Under Graduate (PCM): English Communication, General Aptitude, Physics, Maths & Chemistry.

  • Under Graduate (Non-PCM): General Awareness, English Communication, Logical Reasoning & Critical Thinking & Quantitative Aptitude.

  • Under Graduate (Bio): English Communication, General Aptitude, Physics, Biology & Chemistry.

SUAT 2024 does not have any negative markings. Candidates need to secure 35% marks to qualify the SUAT 2024 exam.   

 

SUAT 2024 Results

 

The authorities will post the SUAT 2024 results at https://suat.sharda.ac.in/. Through the SUAT result 2024, candidates will be able to view their obtained scores and rankings. It should be remembered that the SUAT result will only be made available online. 

To qualify for SUAT 2024, candidates must receive a minimum score of 35% on the test. The SUAT 2024 result must be downloaded and stored safely because it will be needed at the counselling session. 

 

SUAT 2024 Outcomes

 

Candidates clearing the interview rounds after qualifying SUAT are then offered admission in their respective courses at Sharda University on the basis of merit. Selected candidates are required to complete their Sharda University formalities as per the admission schedule.
