About NMIMS NPAT 2024

The NPAT, or National Test for Programs After Twelfth is the official entrance examination for undergraduate degree courses at Narsee Monjee Institute for Management Studies. Students are admitted to NMIMS branches in Mumbai, Shirpur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Indore, and Dhule based on their performance in the NPAT. The examination was known as the NMAT until 2014, later it was renamed as NPAT after being acquired by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). The exam is conducted online, using a computer-based test from one of the designated testing centres. This prestigious examination is held in 23 states and 60 examination cities across the country each year. Candidate can attempt a maximum of 2 retakes in any selected category i.e. (1st main test plus 2 retakes). The highest marks among the total attempts will be considered for the respective school merit process.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Application Procedure

• Visit the official website of the institute- www.nmims.edu  / www.npat.in

• The candidate has to schedule his / her examination.

• Post-scheduling of the examination, the confirmation mail from (pearsonvueconfirmations@pearson.com) will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID. The same email / admit card needs to be presented at the test centre at the time of the test. The candidate will receive a separate email for each exam scheduled.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Eligibility

Candidates desiring to appear for the NPAT must fulfil the following criteria of eligibility:

• Candidates of CBSE / ICSE should mention in the online registration / e-admission form for 10+2 or equivalent examination, the aggregate marks of all the subjects the candidate has taken/opted and appeared for. The candidate shall have passed all the subjects he/she has taken/opted for and appeared in the applicable examination/s in a single attempt. The aggregate percentage of all subjects the candidate has taken/opted for and appeared in will be taken into consideration for confirming the eligibility of the candidate for the program at the time of admission. 

• Candidates exceeding the age of 25 years are not eligible to apply for the examination. 

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Syllabus

NMIMS NPAT covers a wide range of subjects in its admission examination. The examination consists of three sections namely Proficiency in the English Language, Quantitative and Numerical Ability, and Reasoning and General intelligence.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Examination Pattern

NMIMS NPAT examination of 120 marks as total that consists the following three sections:

• Quantitative Reasoning

• Logical Reasoning 

• Verbal Reasoning 

Each of the sections of the question consists of a total of 40 marks with 40 questions in each of the sections. A total of 120 questions are asked in the examination.

NMIMS NPAT 2024 Results

Candidates appearing for the NMIMS NPAT can browse their results from the official website of the institute -apply.nmims.edu. Candidates must log in to view their NMIMS NPAT results. A merit list representing the outcome is made public. Candidates can access the NPAT exam merit list by entering their email addresses and password.
