JEE Main 2025 Cut-Offs

There are two types of JEE Main cut-offs:

  1. Qualifying Cut-off This is the minimum score required to be eligible for appearing in the JEE Advanced examination.

  2. Admission Cut-off This comprises the opening and closing ranks for each institution and is released by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

Candidates must score more than or equal to the JEE Main category cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advanced. For admission to JEE Main participating institutes, candidates must achieve a minimum rank (closing ranks). After each round of JoSAA counselling, admission cutoffs for all participating institutes are published.
