CUET 2024: Application Procedure, Dates, Eligibility, Syllabus, Pattern, Admit Card
The CUET 2024 exam application process consists of multiple steps such as registration, form filling, document uploading, and fee payment. The application form for CUET is only accessible online through the website https://appstat.christuniversity.in. Usually, the application filling process for CUET starts in February and closes in June. It is advisable for candidates to refrain from submitting multiple application forms for CUET to avoid the possibility of rejection. Applications for each program will close approximately one week before the scheduled selection process.
Here are the steps to complete the application process for CUET 2024:
Visit the website: Go to https://appstat.christuniversity.in to access the online application portal.
Register: Provide your name (as mentioned on the Class 10 Marks Card), email id, and set a password to create an account. Make sure to use a valid email ID and mobile number as they will be used for communication regarding your application.
Eligibility for multiple programs: If you meet the eligibility criteria for multiple programs, you can apply for them using the same account.
Gather required documents: Collect the necessary documents, including a copy of your Class 10 and Class 11/12 statement of marks (for UG) and Degree Marks Cards (if available) for all years/semesters (for PG).
Fill out the application: Enter all the required details on the "detailed application" page. Upload a recent passport-size photograph taken in formal dress against a white background. Once all the information is filled in, click "Submit".
Review and edit: After submission, you will see a viewable and editable page. If any corrections are needed, make the necessary changes and then click "Confirm Submission" to finalize your application.
Pay the application fee: Make the payment for the application fee using a card. After a successful transaction, click "Submit". This will generate a 9-digit Application number for your reference.
Print the application form: If you are unable to print the application form immediately due to any technical issues, you can log in to https://appstat.christuniversity.in, navigate to the "Application Status" page, and enter your registered Email-ID and password. From there, you can view and print your application form.
By following these steps, you can complete the CUET 2024 application process successfully.
Please note that if the 9-digit application number is not received after payment, the application process is considered incomplete and the payment will be refunded. The refund process may take around 15 days and should be verified with the respective bank.
Candidates must upload all relevant qualification-related documents, such as class 10, class 12, and degree marks cards (for students in their final year/semester, a statement of marks up to the previous semester/year is required), within five days after submitting the application form online. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the application. The admissions office will verify the marks cards, and applications without marks cards or with unclear scanned copies will be rejected and deemed ineligible.
Applicants should take note of the username, password, application number, program applied for, selection process date, and city for future reference.
If necessary, make travel arrangements well in advance.
Prior to filling out the application, refer to the Important Dates section or select the desired selection process dates online.
Requests to change the date or city will not be considered.
Candidates in their final year of schooling must bring the marks card up to the previous year when reporting to the selection process venue. Documents required include the application printout, original class X and Class XI / XII marks cards, and photocopies.
The selection process will involve verification of original marks cards and ID proof.
