Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa (RPCAU Pusa) is a premier agricultural university located in Samastipur district, Bihar, India. It was established in 2016 by upgrading the erstwhile Rajendra Agricultural University, Pusa. The university is named after Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India and a renowned statesman. RPCAU Pusa is recognised by the University Grants Commission [UGC].
RPCAU Pusa offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in various disciplines such as agriculture, horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Food & Nutrition, Farm Machinery & Power Engineering, etc. It has a strong focus on research and extension activities, with several research projects funded by national and international agencies. Admission Procedure

Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa offers undergraduate degrees like B.F.Sc, B.Sc and B.Tech with various specialisations as well as postgraduate degrees like M.F.ScM.Sc, M.Tech, and MBA with various specialisations and doctoral programs as Ph.D with various specialisations.

Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) administers the ICAR-AIEEA (UG) examination to Indian citizens seeking admission to all the courses of this institute.

Although, students applying for the undergraduate courses must pass their 10+2 examination from a recognized board. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from an recognized university in order to enrol in the postgraduate programmes. And students applying for the Ph.D. programmes must have a postgraduate degree from an accredited institution.
