The current book collection of the central library provided by the Dr. Kanailal Bhattacharyya College, Howrah counts almost 15,000. The library can also be availed digitally only through a QR code provided by the college.
For physical well being also in order to quench the thirst of fitness buffs DKBC Howrah provides a multi-purpose room for physical education activities to be performed. Several sports grounds are also provided. A recreational room or a common room is also there to encourage male and female students to take part in indoor games of their choice. The sports facilities also include two well-experienced coaches for cricket and football.
Besides traditional classrooms, there are virtual classrooms followed by 6 smart classrooms including modern ICT facilities. For the lab-specific courses, there are laboratories well equipped with up-to-date pieces of machinery and apparatus. A science Lab and GIS-enabled geography are provided.
There are 5 Canteens inside DKBC Howrah to serve diversified cuisines for multicultural staff, faculties, and students. There are also a well-maintained guest room, meeting room, and common room to access for multipurpose utility.
