Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Global Business School and Research Centre, Pune (DDYPVGBSRC Pune) was established in 2006 as a flagship institute of Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune.
DDYPVGBSRC Pune was set up to groom students into intelligent leaders who can source information from a multitude of resources and use it to improve business and society. DDYPVGBSRC Pune is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Admission Procedure
Admission to Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Global Business School and Research Centre, Pune takes place online. The students (co-ed) must qualify 10+2 level examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate to apply for the BBA and B.Com(Hons) course. Candidates must also pass a 100 marks online Entrance Test covering English Language, General Knowledge, Reasoning Ability, and Numerical Ability in order to pursue the aforementioned course.
DDYPVGBSRC Pune also offer postgraduate degrees such as MBA and PhD course. The candidates applying for the MBA degree must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% and a passing score on any of the following aptitude tests: Common Admission Test (CAT)/ Management Aptitude Test (MAT)/ Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)/ Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT)/ AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA)/ Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH-CET)/ DPU All India Entrance Test (AIET).
Candidates applying for the Ph.D degree must hold a Master's degree in Management or Business Administration or Management related subjects from an accredited institution.
