Dr D.Y Patil Homeopathic Medical College and Research Centre (DDYPHMCRC), Pune, was established in the year 2000 to promote a holistic approach to Homoeopathic Medicine's curative, preventive, and rehabilitative aspects by delivering excellent, comprehensive, continuous, and quality treatment to patients and the community at large, thereby contributing to nation-building through Homoeopathy. The faculty at DDYPHMCRC Pune, both teaching and non-teaching, are extremely cooperative and dedicated to students. The teachers take up interactive sessions with students and conduct parent-teacher meetings as well.

DDYPHMCRC Pune has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Central Council of Homeopathy and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It offers BHMS and MD (Hom) programs.

Admission Procedure

The admission of Dr D.Y Patil Homeopathic Medical College and Research Centre, Pune is done online. At the undergraduate level DDYPHMCRC Pune offers BHMS. The admission is merit-based. National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) eligibility is required. The requirement for the general category is 50 per cent and for the reserved category, 40 per cent marks are required in the NEET exam based on the All India Ranking. The candidates are required to register themselves with the - AYUSH Admission Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) to start their admission process.  

DDYPHMCRC Pune additionally offers MD (Hom). The All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi administers the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH to determine admission to the MD (Hom) programme.
