Admission Procedure
Dr D. Y. Patil Dental College & Hospital, Pune conducts an online admission procedure for the students (co-ed) to apply for BDS and Diploma in Dental Mechanics. The students willing to take admission to the BDS course are required to qualify for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency after the completion of their 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The final admission is based on the merits gained by the students.
Additionally, DDYPDCH Pune offers a MDS and a PhD course. Candidates for the MDS course must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognised university and are required to qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET-MDS). And the candidate for the PhD program must have completed a postgraduate course from an accredited university. Admission will be made through the Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune-conducted All India Common Entrance Exam.
