Des. The merit-based admission process is conducted online. Students must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination from any recognised board. Admission Procedure
D.Y. Patil International University conducts an online admission procedure. The students (co-ed) are required to pass their Higher Secondary Examination from any recognised board. An eligibility test is conducted for the students applying to B. Tech. in Bioengineering for the subject of mathematics. Other courses like B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, BCA, BBA, BA in Journalism and Mass Communication and B.Des are also provided and the eligibility required for applying to these courses is a 10+2 pass. The final admission is based on the merits scored by the students.
DYPIU also offer M.Sc, MCA, MBA and PHD course. A B.sc degree in life sciences, such as biotechnology, zoology, botany, biochemistry, microbiology, etc., or an equivalent degree with a minimum cumulative grade point average, is required for admission to postgraduate programmes like an M.SC or MCA programme. For a PhD, the course candidate must have a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university. Candidates are eligible for admission to the MBA programme if they have successfully completed one of several entrance exams, including the Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), or NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) exams.
