CWC Chennai has four blocks of buildings that house classrooms, which are Wi-Fi enabled, along with modern laboratories that offer state-of-the-art equipment. The library at CWC Chennai is well-stocked, with 24,042 books, 150 journals, and magazines, 140 dictionaries, 30 encyclopedias, 20 CDs, and 414 back volumes of journals. In addition to the academic amenities, CWC Chennai has a seminar hall and an auditorium that can host various events. Furthermore, CWC Chennai has an array of facilities for sports and games that cater to the interests of its students. The campus has a basketball court with portal equipment, a handball court, a volleyball court, a badminton court, a cricket, a football ground, and a gym with modern equipment that is accessible for both students and staff. For those who prefer indoor sports, CWC Chennai has a room adjoining the gym that is equipped with table tennis, carom, chess, and other games. Other facilities on the campus include two canteens that provide a variety of healthy food options, a medical room that is staffed by trained professionals, and many other amenities that cater to the daily needs of students and staff.

Established in 2007, the Placement cell of CWC Chennai acts as a liaison between corporate and industrial sectors, and eligible students. The CWC Chennai Placement Cell's primary objective is to provide a unique platform for job aspirants to secure positions in various organizations. To this end, the Cell offers several career development resources, including counseling, industrial visits, mock interviews, workshops, and training programs. These initiatives strive to equip students with essential soft skills and communication abilities, boost their confidence for interviews and competitive tests, enable them to benefit from technical knowledge shared by experts, and assist them in identifying their talents and potential to become accomplished professionals before graduating. Furthermore, the final-year students, partake in career fairs and skill-based workshops hosted by renowned corporations: IBM, NSIC, NIIT, SUNNET, LEMUR, etc. Campus recruitments are conducted by SUTHERLAND, TCS, and CAP GEMINI, amongst other companies, with a significant number of students securing positions in these organizations.
