Chandigarh College of Architecture, Chandigarh (CCA Chandigarh) was founded as part of the 'Chandigarh Project' - a groundbreaking experiment in architecture and urban planning during the 20th century. CCA Chandigarh remains committed to this ethos and is dedicated to offering exceptional architectural education at national, regional and city levels. Situated in the Educational Zone of the city, CCA Chandigarh was established on 7th August 1961 under the guidance of Le Corbusier. The CCA Chandigarh campus spans 9.5 acres and boasts a range of extracurricular facilities and sporting activities. As an affiliate of Panjab University, Chandigarh, and approved by the Council of Architecture, India and the All India Council for Technical Education, India, CCA Chandigarh stands as a leading institution for architectural education in the country.

CCA Chandigarh offers B. Arch and M. Arch degrees with various specializations. Interested candidates can apply through their official website. CCA Chandigarh conducts admission as per the guidelines of the Council of Architecture. To apply for their degree candidates must qualify for Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) Paper Two or the National Aptitude Test of Architecture ( NATA).

CCA Chandigarh has well-equipped classrooms that provide students with a conducive environment to learn and grow. The Computer Centre, Workshop, Audio-Visual & Photography Section further enhance the learning experience. CCA Chandigarh has a centrally air-conditioned library that has an impressive collection of approximately 27165 titles in architecture & related fields, 53 national and international journals, 3 e-journals, and 1773 bound periodicals. There is also a dedicated section where all the thesis reports are kept for record and consultation. Teaching aids such as audio and video cassettes and CDs are also available, providing students with a wide range of learning resources. In addition to the academic infrastructure, CCA Chandigarh offers extensive sports facilities, including Cricket, Basketball & Volleyball, Football, and Table Tennis. CCA Chandigarh's full-fledged air-conditioned gymnasium has exercise equipment like the trend mill, bench press, cross trainer, and leg press machine, among others, for students who want to maintain their fitness levels. The adjacent room has two Table Tennis tables for students to enjoy playing table tennis. CCA Chandigarh also provides adequate accommodation for both boys and girls in separate hostel buildings. The canteen is another feature that adds to the infrastructure of CCA Chandigarh, providing students with a convenient place to dine and socialize.

CCA Chandigarh has a dedicated Centre for Information Training and Placement that aims to provide students with internship opportunities and interview preparation assistance. The placement office conducts regular training sessions and industrial trips to equip students with the social skills and relevant skills needed to achieve their career ambitions. The career advice offered to students comes from knowledgeable staff members who are experts in their fields. The placement cell provides various training programs, including interview preparation, logical reasoning, and group discussion for students. Final-year students have ample opportunities to intern with international corporations while visiting different industrial facilities to gain practical experience. With one-on-one personalized mentoring and professional counselling, students receive career guidance throughout their undergraduate education.
