Catholicate College (CC), Pathanamthitta is a government-aided minority institution that officially started its journey on August 6th, 1952. CC Pathanamthitta upholds the motto “The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" with the vision 'To create an educated enlightened society for a brave new world’.
CC Pathanamthitta is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam and offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and research programs under the various faculties of liberal arts, commerce, science, and management. CC Pathanamthitta follows an online admission procedure. For admission into UG and PG courses, the application must be uploaded through the online Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) of the M.G.University.

Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta has an online admissions process. The application must be uploaded through the M.G.University's online Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) in order to be considered for admission to UG and PG programmes. CC Pathanamthitta provides many UG programmes including BA, BCA and B.Com with a variety of specialisations, as well as PG programmes like MTTM and M.Com with Financial Management.
To apply for any undergraduate programme, students must pass their 10+2 exams with qulifying marks from a recognized board, and to apply for postgraduate programmes, they must have obtain the requisite bachelor's degree having qualifying marks from a recognized University.
