Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, Salt Lake (BPPIMT) is a private management and technical education institute affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal. BPPIMT Salt Lake was instituted in 1999 under the B.P. Poddar Foundation for Education trust in memory of the educationist, philanthropist, and founder of the B.P. Poddar Group, the late Badri Prasad Poddar.

Admission Procedure

The admission to B.P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, Salt Lake (BPPIMT) Campus is conducted onlinre. To take admission to BBA, BBA (Business Analytics) & BCA Stream in B.P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, Salt Lake Campus, all students should have Valid Rank Card through CET Examination (conducted by MAKAUT, WB). CET is an internal test administered by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, and its associated schools for admission to undergraduate and graduate professional programs. It is important for students to have passing marks in Higher Secondary or equivalent examination.
