B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru (BMSCE Bengaluru), was established in 1946 on a sprawling 30-acre Campus in the heart of Bengaluru.
An autonomous Institution, BMSCE Bengaluru is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Students can pursue 17 undergraduate (UG), 14 postgraduate (PG), and 13 doctorate (PhD) courses at BMSCE Bengaluru. The UG courses offer the degree of Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in different specialisations, while the PG courses offer Master of Technology (M.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). Admission Procedure
B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru conducts its admission procedure according to the norms of the Visvesvaraya Technological University and the admission guidelines of the All Indian Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The students interested in applying at BMSCE Bengaluru can apply through the official website of the institute. The admissions for the undergraduate degree courses are based upon the merits secured by the applicants in their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks in PCM. For the students applying for postgraduate degree courses, the selection of the applicants is made upon the merits secured by the applicants in their undergraduate degree courses in the relevant discipline of science and engineering from a recognised university. along with the merits secured by the applicants in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination or Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) examination of Karnataka. The selection of the applicants for the doctoral degree courses is made upon the merits secured by the applicants in their postgraduate degree courses from a recognised university.
