The selection process for candidates involves a shortlisting based on their score in Common Admission Test (CAT)/
Management Aptitude Test (MAT)/Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)/Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)/AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA), as well as their academic performance in 10th, 12th and graduation. Those who are shortlisted will be invited for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The final selection of candidates is based on their overall performance during the selection process.
