Bharat Technology College (BTC), Howrah was established in 2006 under the aegis of Anjali Health Education & Charitable Trust. Recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), BTC Howrah is affiliated to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), and the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development (WBSCTVE&SD).

Students can pursue 1 undergraduate (UG), 1 postgraduate (PG), and 1 diploma (DIP) course at BTC Howrah. The UG course is for the degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), and the PG course is for the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm). Admission to BTC Howrah takes place online via the official website of the College.

Admission Procedure

Bharat Technology College, Howrah follows an online method of admision. Applicants to BTC Howrah are selected based on their merit and eligibility criteria. BTC Howrah offers Undergraduate, Post graduate and Diploma courses under the faculty of B.Pharm, M.Pharm and D.Pharm respectively. Aspiring B.Pharm (Undergraduate) applicants to BTC Howrah must have passed Higher Seocndary Examination from recognized board with Biology or Life Science subjects. Aspiring D.Pharm (Diploma) applicants to BTC Howrah must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any recognized board. Selected applicants to BTC Howrah are called in for interview before their final selection.
