Bengal Homoeopathic Medical College And Hospital, Asansol (BHMCHA), is a private homoeopathic medical college affiliated with the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. BHMCH is a Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH)-recognised college and offers the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery degree to students. BHMCHA, Asansol offers the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) undergraduate degree to students. Additionally, the medical college has 12 full-time constituent departments: Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Organon of Medicine, Materia Medica, Case Taking and Repertory, Pathology and Microbiology, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Forensic Practice of Medicine, Surgery, ENT. Ophthalmology and Dental, and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Candidates seeking admission into BHMCHA, Asansol programmes at the college have to meet the eligibility criteria of passing their 10+2 examinations from a recognised board with a minimum percentage of 50% marks in the relevant stream. Candidates are admitted into the BHMCHA Asansol programme based on their scores and ranks obtained in the NEET entrance exam.

Admission to the BHMS Programme at Bengal Homoeopathic Medical College And Hospital, Asansol (BHMCHA), is based on any candidate’s score in NEET. Students should have passed their 10+2 examinations. To be eligible to be admitted, students from the general category should acquire 50% marks, and candidates from the reserved category have to secure 45% marks.
