Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute (BMCRI) situated in Bangalore, Karnataka has been established in 1971. BMCRI is affiliated with Delhi University, Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, and the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science. Initially, BMCRI was established under the Mysore Education Society as a private school in 1955.
The degrees offered by the Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute are B.Sc, M.Sc, MS, MD, and MBBS. Paramedical, Medical Science, Pharmacy, and Dental are the popular streams that are offered among other courses. Currently, BMCRI has five reputed hospitals attached to its name. Admission Procedure
To apply for admission to the Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, the students have to appear for the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET), which is required for the MBBS course. The admissions are merit-based. BMCRI is a co-ed institution.
