Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow (BBAU Lucknow), was established in 1996. Recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), BBAU Lucknow offers 9 undergraduate (UG), 31 postgraduate (PG), 1 dual, 1 integrated, and 27 doctorate (PhD) courses for students to pursue. The UG courses are for the degrees of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech); while the PG courses are for Master of Legislative Law (LL.M), Master of Arts (M.A), Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Science (M.Sc), and the research degree of Master of Philosophy (M.Phil).
