Aurora's Scientific & Technological Institute, Ghatkesar (ASTI Ghatkesar) was founded in 2003 as the Church Institute of Technology, a constituent college of the Aurora Consortium. ASTI Ghatkesar operates under the patronage of the Church Educational Society and is situated in Aushapur, Ghatkesar, on the Warangal Highway. The college's location, 20 km away from Uppal and 25 km from Secunderabad Railway Station, makes it one of the most highly regarded engineering institutes in Telangana, and the oldest of its kind in the former state of Andhra Pradesh. For UG admission, candidates must pass HSC(10+2) from any board. The final admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET).
And For PG admission, candidates must complete a bachelor's degree. The final admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET).
