Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management, Sivasagar (ARGUCM Sivasagar), is the pioneer university of its kind in India. Arising through the Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management Act of 2010, ARGUCM Sivasagar has been duly recognised by the UGC under No. F.9-21/2011 (CPP-1/PU) dated Feb 27, 2012. ARGUCM Sivasagar is located in Sivasagar in the Upper Assam region and is a residential university that aims to not only educate but also train and research in cooperative management to further rural economy development. ARGUCM Sivasagar has a distinct focus on innovative and effectual approaches to teaching, and emphasizes practical and grass root learning rather than solely relying on theoretical knowledge. Currently, ARGUCM Sivasagar is housed temporarily, but efforts to establish a permanent campus are ongoing.

ARGUCM Sivasagar offers LLM, MCA, MCom, MBA, PG Diploma and PhD degrees. ARGUCM Sivasagar follows an online admission procedure and the form can be obtained from the college's website.

ARGUCM Sivasagar has well-furnished air-conditioned classrooms that are clean and conducive to learning. The classrooms are digitalized with smart boards, LED TVs, projectors, etc., to integrate technology into the teaching process and make it more interactive. ARGUCM Sivasagar has various labs for students to carry out their practical and research work, equipped with modern technology. ARGUCM Sivasagar has a well-stocked library that covers several disciplines like Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, and Science. The library has a large collection of books, journals, magazines, research papers, and periodicals. It is computerized with a wide range of national/international books and e-resources like E-Books, and E-Journals.A conference room is available on campus and is equipped with all the modern facilities to host meetings, seminars, and other academic events. ARGUCM Sivasagar also has dedicated discussion rooms to facilitate group discussions and brainstorming sessions among students and faculties. ARGUCM Sivasagar has separate hostels for boys and girls, equipped with all modern amenities to provide a comfortable living experience. ARGUCM Sivasagar is a wifi-enabled campus.

Admission Procedure
