Admission Procedure

ASM's Institute of Business Management & Research, Pune offers a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Master in Business Administration (MBA), and Master Of Computer Applications (MCA) under the faculty of Management. Only those who have passed one of the six All India tests—the Common Admission Test, (CAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Common Management AdmissionTest (CMAT), Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), or Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) —or any other common entrance exams held by the relevant State Governments are eligible for admission to PGDM institutions.

Candidates for the MBA programme must have a minimum GPA of 50% from an accredited university as well as valid Common Management AdmissionTest (CMAT) / Common Admission Test (CAT) / Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH-MBA-CET) scores. The eligibility rate for Maharashtra domicile is 45%. Admission to the course is centralized and conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE).

For MCA admission Candidate must obtain a bachelor's degree and receive at least 50% of the required marks. Admission to the course is centralized and conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). However, students may also apply for the institute-level seats (MAH-MCA-CET appeared).
