AICTE
Admission Procedure
Asan Institute of Management Chennai offers full-time MBA and MCA programs affiliated with the University of Madras, approved by AICTE. Applications can be obtained either in person/ post or can be downloaded from the website.
Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics or Statistics at + 2 / degree level exam required for MCA course admission. Admissions under the Management Quota must have written the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). Admission will be given purely on Merit Basis.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Admission to an MBA program by taking the following entrance exams: Management Aptitude Test (MAT). Based on their performance on one of the entrance exams, candidates will be narrowed down. Those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for a group discussion. After the GD, there will be personal interviews.
