The library of Aryabhatta College, New Delhi has a collection of more than 59000 books on subjects including computer science, psychology, management sciences, political science, history, and Hindi. It subscribes to 20 periodicals/magazines on a national and international level, along with 9 newspapers published in print and available in Hindi and English. The library provides access to a database of 98000 e-books and approximately 10000 e-journals through NLIST subscription.

Games like football, cricket, kabaddi, kho-kho, basketball, volleyball, and indoor games including chess, and carrom are encouraged to be played inside the campus as the necessary amenities of these games are provided. A running track is also present on campus. A table tennis court has also been provided. A well-equipped indoor gymnasium is also present.

A spacious and hygienic cafeteria or canteen is there which serves quality food at a reasonable price. A multi-product retail outlet of Mother Dairy and a separate fresh juice outlet are also functional near the main canteen building.

AC New Delhi's health care center is a spacious, clean space with minimal medical amenities. During the college years, a full-time licensed nurse is on duty to assist students who are in pain or distress. The clinic can manage crises by offering first-aid and other forms of rapid relief. Additionally, AC New Delhi has a health center nearby with beds available for students in case of emergencies. In the space for learning spacious and, well-furnished classrooms are present.

Auditoriums and seminar halls are also allotted to host cultural events, workshops, conclaves, etc.
