Army Institute of Management, Kolkata left the Alipore location where it had spent the previous two distinguished decades and moved to its newly constructed permanent campus in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The eco-friendly campus, which covers 6 acres, was built in accordance with worldwide standards for environmental sustainability to ensure efficient resource use.

The air-conditioned library of AIM Kolkata provides seats for roughly 60 students and is about 2000 square feet in size. The library has more than 12,800 books in its collection, including cutting-edge reference books, on topics like marketing, finance, systems, human resources, operations, economics, quantitative methods, social sciences, business law, etc. Additionally, there is a system called "Book Bank" where each student receives a set of textbooks for all of their compulsory assignments for the entire semester. Through the library's subscriptions, a wide variety of journals, magazines, and newspapers are accessible. The reading room displays all of their most recent issues. It subscribes to 36 prominent national and international journals in print.

There are a variety of sporting facilities accessible for both boys and girls, including a well-equipped gym and courts for badminton, basketball, cricket, football, volleyball, and table tennis. To meet the needs of the students, separate recreation rooms with TVs and indoor activities are offered to boys and females. Additionally, there are 2 different multi-gyms that are well-equipped.

The other infrastructure consists of modern lecture halls and classrooms that have been acoustically designed and fitted with the most up-to-date audio systems to facilitate the seamless transfer of knowledge, conference rooms that have been ergonomically designed and fitted with projectors, an IT lab with 60+ Students Capacity, an air-conditioned mess and a café open until late at night. Additionally, AIM Kolkata also provides separate hostels for students of both genders.
