Andhra University College of Engineering for Women, Vishakhapatnam (AUCEWV), one of the constituent colleges of Andhra University was established in 2010. This college was built with a vision of tapping the plethora of talents in women.
AUCEW, Vishakhapatnam, approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) offers 10-degree courses for students: B.Tech degree courses in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering along with integrated dual degree courses in B.tech along with M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
At AUCEW, Vishakhapatnam, the students are provided with outstanding faculty support where extremely qualified faculties with immense experience in the subject matter monitor the students closely for their overall excellence. The faculties provide the students with hands-on learning along with a practical oriented form of teaching.
The sprawling college campus of AUCEW, Vishakhapatnam, spread over a large area provides good infrastructural support for the students. The campus houses a well-stacked library with access to numerous academic and e-resources along with excellent labs and workshop facilities. The students are provided with a well-infrastructured hostel along with Wi-fi support. For the recreation of the students, the campus has two sprawling playgrounds for playing badminton, throwball, and tennis-colt. The campus also has access to indoor games like carroms and chess.
