Amity University Noida is part of the autonomous private college. They are recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The central library is a very valuable resource, serving as a hub of sorts for students. Students are provided with comfortable and state of the art infrastructure in the form of air conditioned classrooms, more than 300 specialised laboratories and a large auditorium, all housed in a Wi-Fi enabled campus. Amity University Noida offers various undergraduate courses like B.Sc (Hons), B.A (Hons), BFA, BHM, B.Arch, BBA and other programmes. Admission to most of the courses is entrance-based. However, the university also offers a provision of direct admission under several programmes. For B.Tech courses, the candidates are given admission on the basis of their JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main or AMCAT (Amity Common Admission Test) scores. Admission to Architecture courses requires a NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score.
