Admissions at AU Gurugram are conducted online and students are considered on the basis of their 10+2 school leaving examination scores. The admission procedure is conducted online where students have to fill out the application form and pay the application fee online. Thereafter, the rest of the process can be completed through their exclusive admissions microsite where candidates must use their login details provided with the form to access their application status. Amity University, Gurugram provides undergraduate courses such as Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Hons), Bachelor of Arts (B.A Hons), Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Tour and Travel Management (BTTM), and others. The majority of the courses need an entrance exam. However, the university also provides direct admission to a number of programmes. Candidates for Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) courses are admitted based on their JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main or AMCAT (Amity Common Admission Test) scores. A NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score is required for admission to architecture courses. Interested candidates must complete the online application form on the official website and go through the various verification processes for final admission.
AU Gurugram also provides Post-Graduate Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Arts (M.A), Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in various disciplines.MBA admissions are based on Common Admission Test (CAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT) and Amity Entrance Test and PhD admissions are based on University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET), Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR NET), Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and other PhD entrance exams.
