All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri, was established in 2018 with the major objective of eradicating imbalances in the health care system across the country. The autonomous university has been approved by both the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Students are taught by the AIIMS, Mangalgiri’s well qualified faculty, both teaching and non-teaching, dedicated to avail the best services for students. Guest lecturers are also invited routinely to enhance the learning experience for students.
AIIMS, Mangalgiri is a co-ed institution that offers an undergraduate course of MBBS with a duration of 5.5 years. Admission at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalagiri is conducted online. Students willing to take admission to MBBS degree must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from any recognised board. Most importantly, candidates have to qualify for the NEET and scores obtained in the exam will determine their selection.
The placement cell at AIIMS, Mangalgiri helps students to get prepared for interviews. Students get placed both in and out of the state.

Admission Procedure
To apply for admission to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalagiri, candidates have to appear for the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) and Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET). All the nine AIIMS institutions across India - in New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Guntur, Raipur, Nagpur, and Bhubaneswar - offer admission through this exam.
AIIMS Magalagiri offers Post-Graduate(MD/MS) (M.ch) programs with various disciplines, To apply for their PG degree the candidate must complete graduation (MBBS degree ) overall 55% with an internship recognized by the Medical Council of India or institute. And the candidate must qualify entrance examination Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET).
