All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar which strives to deliver high-quality, patient-centred healthcare and education in the community is affordable, easily accessible and meets local needs. The library on the campus is open to all students. There are over seven hundred books in the library. The library covers a wide range of subjects. The library has a reading room which is accessible to undergraduate students and faculty members. Printing facilities are also available in the library. There is a digital library as well. The digital library is an important part of the central library and gives access to larger resources to the students.
There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Presently, fifty of the second-year students and thirty-five boys and fifteen girls and sixty-two first-year MBBS students are housed in the campus' three boys' hostel wings and two girls' hostel wings - thirty-three for boys and twenty-nine girls. First MBBS students' hostels are on the second floor of the structure, while those for second MBBS students are on the first. Students staying at the hostel have access to a canteen with dining arrangements on two separate floors that serve breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. The hostel has facilities for recreation, a gym and music.
AIIMS, Bibinagar focuses on the physical fitness and health of its students. Students are provided with sports facilities like football, cricket, basketball, volleyball and various other indoor and outdoor games. The gym has trainers who are there to assist the students.

The cafeteria on the campus is known to serve fresh and healthy meals to all. The canteen has vending machines as well. The food is prepared under hygienic conditions.
Medical facilities are provided to the students on the campus. Services for IPD and ICU are accessible on campus, next to the hostel. Seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, doctors are on call. For any clinical emergency, a well-equipped cardiac ambulance is accessible on campus twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
There is high-speed internet available on the campus. The classrooms are equipped with smartboards, projectors, speakers and microphones. The auditorium is furnished with comfortable seating arrangements. With the latest audio-visual systems, the auditorium hosts multiple events all year long.
