Eternal University, Baru Sahib established the Akal College of Economics, Commerce, and Management in 2011, and the college was given its current name, Akal College of Economics, Commerce and Management, Sirmaur (ACECM Sirmaur) in 2014. In 2011, ACECM Sirmaur opened two departments, the Department of Economics and the Department of Management. The Department of Commerce was added in 2013. Education in business and commerce provides bright students with several opportunities. The mission of ACECM Sirmaur is to establish itself as an academic hub for research, teaching, and service in the fields of business, economics, and management. The importance of Economics, Commerce, and Management Education has increased due to the global economy's fast development. ACECM Sirmaur is approved by AICTE.

ACECM Sirmaur offers B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Com (Hons.), B.B.A., M.Sc, M.Com., MBA and Ph.D. degrees. ACECM Sirmaur follows the online admission procedure and the form can be obtained from the college's website. ACECM Sirmaur has a dedicated and trained faculty. Since the faculty are actively involved in research, the curriculum is up to date and reflects the most recent advancements in the fields they teach. The faculty aspires to produce highly skilled young people in the fields of economics, commerce, and management who will take on management roles in the business, trade, industrial, banking, and agribusiness sectors. The cell works with the staff and students to address the industry's increasing issues while fostering in the students the technical know-how and leadership skills they will need to make a significant contribution to the corporate world. With Placement Coordinators from each department, the placement cell is well-organized and has a lengthy list of highly qualified and experienced people from business and academia. The students of ACECM Sirmaur get placed in companies like ICICI Bank, Max Hospital, Fortis Hospital, Coca Cola, Infosys, TCS, IBM, etc.

Admission Procedure

Akal College of Economics, Commerce and Management, Sirmaur offers B.Sc(Hons.), B.Com(Hons.), BBA., M.Sc, M.Com., MBA, and Ph.D degrees. ACECM Sirmaur follows online admission procedure and the form can be obtained from the college's website. For UG admission, candidates must pass HSC(10+2) from any board. Candidates for PG admission, must complete bachelor's degree and for Ph.D admission, postgraduation is needed.
