Academy of Allied Health Sciences (AAHS), Kolkata was established in 2017 by the Barisha Swami Vivekanada Vocational Education Society with the aim of providing training in related fields of paramedics and allied health.
AAHS Kolkata is affiliated to the Bharat Sevak Samaj, a National Development Agency established in 1952 by the Planning Commission, Government of India. Apart from various certificate courses, AAHS Kolkata also provides 8 diploma (DIP) courses with the following specializations: Medical Laboratory Technology, X-Ray Technology, Operation Theatre Technology, Beauty Technician, Patient Care (Nursing), Physiotherapy and Occupation Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Teacher Education. Admission to all courses at AAHS Kolkata takes place offline.
